I contacted OM via Whatsapp to enquire about a necklace I wanted to buy for my daughter's birthday. Heather was very helpful! She sent me photos of what they had left in stock, and reassured me that I would receive it in a few days (I live in Adelaide). I placed the order online, and soon after, Heather contacted me again to let me know she was booking the courier. She sent me a tax invoice right away, and soon after, tracking info. She also asked me to contact her once received...which indicated to me that she cared about me as a customer, even after the sale. I received the necklace the next day, and I was so happy with the product! The quality was obvious as soon as I opened the box. Everything was well packaged, gift wrapped, and even came with a beautiful gift bag! All round impressed! Thank you OM! Thank you, Heather! I'll be back ;)
