BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I received a necklace as a 21st birthday present. Unfortunately it broke the first time I wore it. The team responded so quickly and sent me a new chain without question. Have had no problems with the new chain and everyone comments on its beauty. Love, love, love <3
