After some initial confusion regarding shipping my pearls arrived. Very happy with quality and lustre is great. Very happy.

Very disappointed. Horrible communication. Faulty jewellery that had to be returned 4 times. Then they refused to refund. Then because I wanted to return the rest of the set they blocked me from contacted them. Very unprofessional and we have been absolutely ripped off! Spend your money elsewhere!

What great service I purchased my 1st bracelet only to show family and friends who loved it and asked me to order 1 for them all up 3 bracelets 4 rings and a necklace later. Everything turned up so quickly and when the necklace was to short a replacement was no effort I highly recommended you won't be disappointed.I also bought with a Facebook ad and all that was offered was delivered great products great service everytime thank you

I ordered a pair of earrings that were despatched on 3rd August and have never arrived, been through Australia Post disputes and they have listed the parcel as missing. Broome Staircase Designs will not replace, instead initially offered me another purchase at cost price, I refused as Consumer Law state the seller is responsible for replacing the missing items, now they have said they will continue to wait (how long??) until it is finally delivered. 4 weeks is sufficient for a parcel from WA to QLD even in Covid times. Previous purchase were always prompt and very happy with product. Not this time, would never consider buying from them in future. If I could give them a half star I would.
